چکیده
Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of giving coconut water and glycerol comet fish ( Carassius auratus ) sperm storage on motility, viability degree fertilization eggs. research was carried out at Fish Hatchery Laboratory, Faculty Marine Fisheries, Universitas Syiah Kuala. method used a Complete Randomized Design (CRD) consisting four treatments with five replications, namely (P0) Sperm + 100% NaCl, (P1) 50% glycerol, (P2) 60% 40% (P3) 70% 30% glycerol. The results showed that adding Storage had significant (<0.05) value motility viability.
